Reserves Act 1977

Declaring Land as Reserve—North Shore City

Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the North Shore City Council hereby gives notice that it resolved on 15 October 2009 that the land described in the Schedule shall be declared to be reserve under the Reserves Act 1977 and shall be classified as historic reserve for the purposes specified in section 18 of the Reserves Act 1977.

Māori Freehold Land and General Land Set Aside as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land and general land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of Mihiroa Marae for the common use and benefit of Mihiroa hapū, residents of Paki Paki community, residents of Heretaunga including kōhanga and schools.
