Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(ii) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 21 February 2008, which was granted under those Regulations to Marina Vaha in respect of Fetu Hake Aho Aoga Niue (10106), situated at 96 Line Road, Glen Innes, Auckland.
