I hereby amend the notice of Amendment to Notice of Appointment of a Commissioner for Felix Donnelly College (1632) (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 September 2009, No. 135, page 3153), by replacing

"Pursuant to section 78N(3) of the Education Act 1989"

with

"Pursuant to section 78N(2) of the Education Act 1989".

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.

Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Service

Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 15 March 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Rosemary Machin in respect of The Lions Den (45382), situated at 7 Makaro Street, Elsdon, Porirua.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 July 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Carolyn Gallagher in respect of Tuam Street Early Learning Centre (70335), situated at 161 Tuam Street, Christchurch Central, Christchurch.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

with

Health Research Council Act 1990

Health Research Council Ethics Committee to Undertake the Further Function of Considering Appeals Against Decisions by Health and Disability Ethics Committees

In accordance with section 25(1)(h)(ii) of the Health Research Council Act 1990, the Minister of Health has authorised the Health Research Council Ethics Committee to undertake the additional function of considering appeals against decisions made by Health and Disability Ethics Committees.

The additional function was authorised by way of written notice to the Health Research Council after consultation with it, pursuant to section 25(1)(h)(ii).
