Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve, Change of Classification of Reserve, and Appointment of the Reefton Baptist Church to Control and Manage a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Boy Scout County of Canterbury Trust Board to control and manage the local purpose (for Scout hall purposes) reserve described in the Schedule, and changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from a local purpose (for Scout hall purposes) reserve to a local purpose (community buildings) reserve.
Furthermore, under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation appoints Reefton Baptist Church to control and manage the local purpose (community buildings) reserve (term expires 30 July 2017).

Change of Classification of Part of a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby changes the classification of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (community building) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
