Classifying Land as Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Porirua City Council hereby classifies the land described in the Schedule as recreation reserve subject to section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977.

Declaring Land as Reserve

Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Porirua City Council hereby declares the land described in the Schedule to be scenic reserve and that the land shall be held and administered by the council for the purposes and in the manner specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977.
