Reserves Act 1977

Change of Classification of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Conservation Support Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from a local purpose (amenity) reserve to a historic reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
