Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that South Canterbury Finance Limited of 39 George Street, Timaru (“the mortgagee”) pursuant to mortgage 6394500.1, entered into possession of the mortgaged land at 42–50 Brownston Street, Wanaka, comprised in certificates of title OTB2/486 and OT7C/1002 on 6 July 2009.

Approval of Association of Accountants

Pursuant to section 199(1)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar of Companies (“the Registrar”) gives notice that the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, which is an association of accountants constituted outside New Zealand approved by the Registrar on 7 December 1995 for the purposes of section 199(1)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, is now known as the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”).

This notice confirms that the approval given to the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, pursuant to section 199(1)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, applies to ACCA.
