Notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting of the creditors of the company will be held at 11.00am on Friday, 10 July 2009, at the offices of Gaze Burt Lawyers, 1st Floor, 44 Corinthian Drive, Albany, Auckland, North Shore City.

Registration for all creditors will open at 10.30am and close at 10.55am, with the meeting commencing at 11.00am.

Agenda

The purpose of the meeting is:

1. To review the administrators’ report in connection with the business, property, affairs and financial circumstances of the company; and
2. For the creditors of the company to resolve that the:
   (a) administration end;
   (b) the company be placed into liquidation; or
   (c) vote for the proposed DOCA.
3. Any other business properly brought before the meeting.

Administrators’ Report

Pursuant to section 239AU of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), the administrators’ report, which includes the administrators’ comments on the business, property, affairs and financial circumstances of the company, has been sent to all known creditors.

The administrators have also excused the director from attending, under section 239AW, as discussions at the meeting may be commercially sensitive to the director or the director’s related parties.
