Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), that, by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Act, the shareholders of ENTITY 771 LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Shaun Gregory Harris, of S G Harris Limited, as liquidator of the company.

We, Brian Mayo-Smith and Simon John Francis Peacocke, chartered accountants of BDO Spicers Auckland, were appointed liquidators of the company on 24 June 2009 at 3.30pm.

A meeting of creditors will be held at the offices of BDO Spicers Auckland, Level 8, Rifleman Tower, 120 Albert Street, Auckland City, on Thursday, 16 July 2009 commencing at 2.00pm.

Registration for all creditors will open at 1.30pm with the meeting commencing at 2.00pm.

The business to be transacted at the meeting is whether:
