On 22 June 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Geoffrey Alexander Hamilton, chartered accountant of SME Financial Limited, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
