Notice of Meeting of Creditors

The liquidator does not consider that a meeting of creditors should be held as the companies have not traded for over 12 months and following realisation of security by the company bankers, the remaining bank debt and that of unsecured creditors materially exceed the value of their assets such that a distribution to unsecured creditors is unlikely.

In the event that this position changes, the liquidator will advise, in writing, all creditors (at the address advised at the time of lodging their claim) of the changed position.
