Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes
Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the land described in the Schedule is held for conservation purposes.

Public Works Act 1981
Road Realignment—Leigh Road, Silverdale North, Rodney District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Rodney District Council;
(b) Declares the land firstly described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119, and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA102C/406 subject to mortgage 6721614.1;
(c) Declares the land secondly described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119, vested in WFH Properties Limited and amalgamated with the land fourthly described in the Third Schedule to this notice (Section 3 on SO 404054);
(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3):
(i) the land firstly described in the Third Schedule to this notice be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA140A/587, subject to mortgage 6552285.1; and
(ii) the land secondly described in the Third Schedule to this notice amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 34890, subject to mortgage 6094398.1; and
(iii) the land thirdly described in the Third Schedule to this notice amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 232254, subject to mortgage 7625733.4; and
(iv) the land fifthly described in the Third Schedule to this notice amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA73C/782, subject to mortgages 5945961.1 and 6094398.1;
(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land fourthly described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and vested in WFH Properties Limited and amalgamated with the land secondly described in the Second Schedule to this notice (Section 2 on SO 404054) on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
