Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Christchurch District Court on 4 June 2009, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1992 Honda Integra, Registration No. WG9512.
Against: Larissa Mary Poole.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4438) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.

Variation of Designation of Taharoa as a Customs Place
I, David Anthony Campbell, acting pursuant to section 9(2) of the Customs and Excise Act 1996, vary the designation of the Customs Port at Taharoa in the following manner:
The area at Taharoa that shall be a Customs Place is all waters inside a circle of radius five nautical miles centred on Ironsands Terminal Light L.FI.(2) W.20s (Number 4096 NZ Almanac Light List) intersecting a line drawn from Albatross Point 270 degrees true.
I further impose the restriction that the Customs Place at Taharoa may only be used for the purpose of loading titanomagnetite concentrate in bulk.

Pursuant to section 14(1) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997 ("the Act"), the Director-General of the New Zealand Food Safety Authority gives notice that the following application has been made to register a trade name product under section 9(1) of the Act:

Contains 250g/litre chlorpyrifos in the form of a capsule suspension
Formulation Type: Capsule suspension
General Use Claims:
For insect pest control in agriculture and horticulture. For industrial pest control.
Any person may make a written submission to the director-general concerning this application.
Under sections 16 and 17 of the Act, a written submission:
(a) must state in full the reasons for making the submission; and
(b) may state any decision sought on that application; and
(c) must be received by the director-general no later than 30 working days after the date of notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
