To all creditors and claimants of GSL CAPITAL LIMITED (a company that ceased trading in June 2008 and was deregistered on 6 November 2008):
The sum of $6,623.00 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.
A claim has been lodged by the company accountant on behalf of the shareholders of GSL CAPITAL LIMITED.
Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to the shareholders of GSL CAPITAL LIMITED, subject to no notice of a claim being received on or prior to 30 June 2009.
