Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, acting through the Group Manager, Schools and Student Support, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

Fisheries Act 1996

Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Notice 2009 (F483)

Pursuant to section 60 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries, after consultation with representative organisations that have an interest provided in section 60, and after consideration of the matters specified in section 60(3) of the Fisheries Act 1996, gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title—This notice is the Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Notice 2009.

2. Commencement—This notice shall come into effect on the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

3. Exemption to quota aggregation limit for prawn killer—From the date that this notice comes into effect, consent is given for Cloudy Bay Holdings Limited to hold quota shares for prawn killer having a combined quota weight less than or equal to 36.242% of the combined total allowable commercial catches of prawn killer.
