Gough Finance Limited (“the mortgagee”) gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that on 26 May 2009, it entered into possession of property subject to security agreements dated the 3rd day of September 2004 and the 6th day of August 2002 respectively.
