I hereby cancel the licence dated 8 July 2008, which was granted under those Regulations to Dominic Rogerson in respect of cityjunior@cityfitness Porirua (60370), situated at 1 Walton Leigh Avenue, Porirua.

This cancellation also has the effect of cancelling any provisional licence issued to this service.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, acting through the Group Manager, Schools and Student Support, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

St Mary’s Catholic School, Putaruru.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 11 May 2009.

A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the local office of the Ministry of Education, 136–150 Victoria Street, Hamilton.
