Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage 7023854.5 (North Auckland Land Registry), Identifier 246026 ("the mortgage"):

GE Custodians ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 6 May 2009.

The description of the mortgaged land is a stratum estate in leasehold, being Unit E12 and Accessory Unit C133, DP 360485 with Identifier 246026 and known as Unit 221, 57 Mahuhu Crescent, Parnell, Auckland.

Notice is hereby given that Hanover Finance Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage), by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 6765761.1 ("the mortgage") over the property located at 11E Link Drive, Glenfield, Auckland, described in Computer Freehold Register NA92D/38 (North Auckland Land Registry) ("the property"), entered into possession of the property on 11 May 2009.
