Change of Classification of Reserves and Declaration That the Reserves Form Part of the Mair Park Scenic Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserves described in the Schedule from recreation reserve to scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Act and declares that the reserves form part of the Mair Park Scenic Reserve.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve—Tuatapere, Southland

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Southland District Council notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Southland District Council on 25 February 2009:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Southland District Council hereby resolves that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and is hereby declared to be local purpose reserve (sewerage scheme) subject to the provisions of the said Act.”
