I hereby give notice of applications lodged with me for the issue of Computer Freehold Registers to the below-named applicants, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.
Such Computer Freehold Registers may be issued unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 5 June 2009.

Applicants: James Percival McCaw, of Kaiapoi, and Neville Hugh McCaw, of Oxford.
Description: An estate in fee simple in 1118 square metres, being Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit under number 305640.
Circumstances: The said Lots 1 and 2, being part Rural Section 1902 which is the part of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume 25D Folio 157, such land being part of the land granted to Charles Christopher Bowen under Crown Grant 1902 on 20 September 1860 who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
