The boards of OXFORD PRODUCTIONS NO.1 LIMITED, MINIVER HOLDINGS LIMITED (formerly LOCKWOOD HOLDINGS LIMITED), CIC CROMBIE LIMITED and HALEM INVESTMENTS LIMITED (“the amalgamating companies”) give notice of an amalgamation proposal affecting each of the amalgamating companies.

OXFORD PRODUCTIONS NO.1 LIMITED will be the amalgamated (or surviving) company.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of each of the amalgamating companies, or any person to whom each of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation, at the registered offices of each of the amalgamating companies detailed below.
