Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage 6114722.3 (North Auckland Land Registry), Identifier 822/283 ("the mortgage"):

TEA Custodians (Pacific) Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 23 March 2009.

The description of the mortgaged land is an estate in fee simple in 1467 square metres, Lot 90 DP 20494 and being all of the land in Identifier 822/283, known as 47 Hain Avenue, Mangere, Auckland.

The mortgaged land, situated at 3 Bracken Avenue, Epsom, Auckland, is a leasehold estate in all that parcel of land containing 1128 square metres, being Lot 59 DP 4529 (all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 58003) (North Auckland Land Registry).

as a member, pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, and as chairperson, pursuant to section 12(1) of the Commerce Act 1986, for a term of 18 months commencing on 1 April 2009 and expiring on 30 September 2010; and appointed

Anita Jane Mazzoleni, of Auckland
as a member, pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, for a term of five years commencing on 1 April 2009 and expiring on 31 March 2014.

Revocation of Notice of Direction for Appointment of a Limited Statutory Manager for the Board of Trustees of Rotorua Primary School (1934)

The notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Rotorua Primary School (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 February 2007, No. 20, page 399) is hereby revoked under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989.
