Notice of Claim

This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.

To all creditors and claimants of INVESTOR CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (a company that was struck off on 24 March 2006):

The sum of $37,267.00 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has been lodged on behalf of two shareholders of INVESTOR CONSTRUCTION LIMITED.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to INVESTOR CONSTRUCTION LIMITED, subject to no notice of a claim being received on or prior to 24 April 2009.

Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant must submit a claim to Public Trust, PO Box 13245, Tauranga (Attention: Ken Southam) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.

Note: This is the first and only notice of this claim.

RIVER COTTAGE LIMITED

Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Property Law Act 2007

Trustees Executors Limited ("the mortgagee") is the mortgagee under memorandum of mortgage 6963287.5 (North Auckland Land Registry) dated the 26th day of July 2006 ("the mortgage") given by RIVER COTTAGE LIMITED ("the mortgagor") in favour of the mortgagee and affecting the land in Computer Freehold Register 248867 (North Auckland Land Registry), being the property known as Unit 3H, 444 Great North Road, Grey Lynn, Auckland ("the land").

The mortgagor is in default under the mortgage and the mortgagee is entitled to appoint a receiver of the income from the land or any part of it, upon such default.

The mortgagee hereby appoints Cameron Brain, of Barfoot & Thompson, to be receiver of the income of the land with all the powers conferred upon a receiver in terms of the mortgage and by the law.

The receiver shall at all times be the agent of the mortgagor and not of the mortgagee.

Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Property Law Act 2007

Trustees Executors Limited ("the mortgagee") is the mortgagee under memorandum of mortgage 6727486.1 (South Auckland Land Registry) dated the 25th day of January 2006 ("the mortgage") given by CASABELLA HOLDINGS LIMITED ("the mortgagor") in favour of the mortgagee and affecting the land in Computer Freehold Registers 169850, 169851, 169852 and 169853 (South Auckland Land Registry), being the properties known as Units 1, 2, 3 and 4, 307 Barton Street, Hamilton ("the land").

The mortgagor is in default under the mortgage and the mortgagee is entitled to appoint a receiver of the income from the land or any part of it, upon such default.

The mortgagee hereby appoints Les Jepson, of Online Realty Limited MREINZ, to be receiver of the income of the land with all the powers conferred upon a receiver in terms of the mortgage and by the law.

The receiver shall at all times be the agent of the mortgagor and not of the mortgagee.
