Notice is hereby given that on 27 March 2009, Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, insolvency practitioner, both of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of the income of the property of TAKAPUNA TOWERS LIMITED under the terms of a general security deed dated the 2nd day of May 2007.
