Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the powers contained in three first registered mortgages dated the 15th day of December 2006, the 22nd day of March 2007, and the 7th day of June 2007, issued by PROPERTY CUSTODIANS LIMITED (“the company”) in favour of Westpac New Zealand Limited (“Westpac”) (“the mortgages”) on the 23rd day of March 2009, Westpac appointed John Joseph Cregten and Andrew John McKay, chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of the company, being all the estates in freehold described and comprised in certificates of title NA16A/139, NA24C/1100, NA79D/875 (all North Auckland Land Registry); together with associated rights and interests charged by the mortgages with each and all of the powers conferred on receivers and managers by the mortgages and at law.
