Amount of Anti-dumping Duty
The amount of anti-dumping duty to be paid on demand in respect of each importation of the subject goods shall be the amount by which Normal Value (Value For Duty Equivalent) (NV(VFDE)) amounts in respect of the listed sizes by group as set out below exceed the New Zealand Value For Duty of the goods when entered for home consumption. All NV(VFDE) amounts are in Chinese renminbi (CNY).

Description of Groups
Paintbrushes are categorised in groups according to their volume of bristle calculated by multiplying the width of the bristle at the top of the ferrule by the depth of the bristle at the top of the ferrule by the length of the bristle from the top of the ferrule to the tip of the brush, the measurements being made in millimetres.

Replacement Notice—Lowes Road School Establishment*
Pursuant to section 146 of the Education Act 1989, I hereby establish a Year 1–8 full primary school, to be known as Lowes Road School, at Rolleston, Canterbury.
The school will open for Year 1–6 students and will grow to become a Year 1–8 school.

Notice Amending Change of Class of Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Oparure (1865), King Country
Pursuant to section 153 of the Education Act 1989, the Minister of Education makes the following amendment to the principal notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 December 2007, No. 136, page 3553.
The principal notice is hereby amended by deleting:
“This change of class is to be phased in over four years.
For the year 2009, the school will enrol Years 1–10 students.
As from 2010, the school will enrol Years 1–11 students.
As from 2011, the school will enrol Years 1–12 students.
As from 2012, the school will enrol Years 1–13 students.”
and substituting the following:
“This change of class is to be phased in over three years.
For the year 2009, the school will enrol Year 1–11 students.
As from 2010, the school will enrol Year 1–12 students.
As from 2011, the school will enrol Year 1–13 students.”
