Classification of a Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Paraparaumu Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a scenic reserve subject to the provisions of section 19(1)(b) of the Act, and further declares the reserve to form part of the Paraparaumu Scenic Reserve.

Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993

Notice Redefining the Name of a Māori Reservation

On the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land known as Moerangi 1E4A Block referred to in the Schedule, as set out in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 March 1965, No. 15, page 383, was set aside as a Māori reservation.

Pursuant to section 338(5)(c) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, the name of the said Māori reservation is hereby redefined and shall be known as Aramiro Marae Reservation.

Notice Redefining the Beneficiaries of a Māori Reservation

On the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori lands referred to in the Schedule, as set out in New Zealand Gazette, 29 April 1963, No. 27, page 612, were set aside as a Māori reservation.

Pursuant to section 338(5)(d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, the persons or class of persons for whose use and benefit the said Māori reservation is made are hereby redefined from being for the common use and benefit of all Māori to being for the common use and benefit of the owners of the land and their descendants.
