Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Rotorua District Council
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve and vests the reserve in the Rotorua District Council in trust for that purpose.
