Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice, excluding those minerals not acquired by Gazette Notice S468701 and those minerals reserved to the Crown pursuant to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979, is hereby acquired for road and vested in the Hauraki District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to this notice is stopped and, pursuant to section 52(1), set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (passenger transport station) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 470663 on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
