Land Acquired for Road—Renown Road, Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to sections 17(1) and 20(1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the portion of land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 50, declares the portion of land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in New Zealand Gazette.
