Electricity (Levy of Industry Participants) Regulations 2005

Notice of Reconciled Annual Levy Rates for the Financial Year Ended 30 June 2009

Pursuant to Regulation 11(1)(c) of the Electricity (Levy of Industry Participants) Regulations 2005 (“Regulations”), the Electricity Commission (“Commission”) gives the following notice.

Notice

  1. Title—This notice is the Notice of Reconciled Annual Levy Rates for the Financial Year Ended 30 June 2009.

  2. Reconciled annual levy rates—(1) The Commission has calculated the reconciled annual levy rates for the financial year ended 30 June 2009 in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Regulations, as follows:

Fire Service Act 1975

Port Chalmers Fire District Notice, November 2009

Under section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

  1. This notice is the Port Chalmers Fire District Notice, November 2009.

  2. This notice comes into force on the day of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

  3. This notice revokes and is in substitution for all previous fire district notices for Port Chalmers Fire District.

Constitution of a Fire District

(a) The urban areas of Port Chalmers are hereby constituted as a Fire District.

(b) The boundaries of the Fire Districts are defined and delineated on plans held at the National Headquarters, New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.

Tertiary Education

Industry Training Act 1992

Joinery Industry Training Organisation Incorporated

Pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, full recognition for the Joinery Industry Training Organisation Incorporated has been granted for a further period of five years, with effect from 27 December 2008 to 27 December 2013, to set standards at Levels 1 to 8 on the National Qualifications Framework for the joinery and flat glass industries.
