Pursuant to the Airport Authorities (Airport Companies Information Disclosure) Regulations 1999 (“Regulations”), Nelson International Airport Limited (“company”) confirms that:

The disclosure financial statements in respect of the financial years ended 30 June 2006, 30 June 2007, 30 June 2008 and 30 June 2009 have been completed and audited in compliance with the Regulations.
These statements are available to be inspected at and/or copies can be obtained from the company’s internet website at www.nelsonairport.co.nz or by appointment at the company offices situated on the ground floor of the terminal, Trent Drive, Tahunanui, Nelson.
