Change of Classification of Reserves
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification of the reserves described in the Schedule from recreation reserves to local purpose (coastal protection) reserves, subject to the provisions of the Act.
