New Zealand Transport Agency (Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2009/19
Pursuant to section 61(3) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, and the Land Transport Rule: Setting of Speed Limits 2003, the New Zealand Transport Agency hereby makes the following bylaw.

Title and commencement—This bylaw may be cited as the New Zealand Transport Agency (Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2009/19 and will come into force 28 days after the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amendments—The New Zealand Transport Agency (Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways) Bylaw 2005/7* is hereby amended by:
(a) Replacing line 583 in Schedule 3 to read:
