Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Further to a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette,
17 September 2009, No. 138, page 3276, and pursuant
to section 87J(6) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections
28 and 29 of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation
from the Minister of Transport dated 27 November 2007,
I give notice that having received an application from
Air New Zealand Limited, the Minister of Transport has
varied the scheduled international air service licence held by
that airline to provide for Air New Zealand to code-share on
the services of a South African carrier optionally via all
points in Australia to any point in South Africa, with
capacity to be as filed with and acknowledged by the
Secretary for Transport.

The variation took effect from 21 October 2009.
