Redefine the Class of Persons for Whom a Māori Reservation is Set Apart

Pursuant to section 439 of the Māori Affairs Act 1953, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule was set apart as a Māori reservation by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 July 1975, No. 57, page 1480.

The purpose is hereby redefined, pursuant to section 338(5)(c) of the Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, to be for the use and benefit of the Māori people of the Waikawa District.

Marlborough Land District

Schedule

All that piece of land situated in part Block XII Linkwater Survey District and described as follows:

Area Description
6070 Waikawa No 2C Section 3 (as contained in Computer Freehold Register 467380).
