Land Transfer Act Notice
I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of two Computer Freehold Registers to the below-named applicant, pursuant to section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, for the land described below.
Such Computer Freehold Registers may be issued and existing estates and interests determined unless caveat forbidding that is lodged with me on or before 15 January 2010.

Applicant: Elizabeth Harriette Barnett, c/o Cullinane Steele, Solicitors, 18 Main Street, Foxton.
Description: An estate in fee simple in 367 square metres and 1894 square metres, being Allotment 9 DP 138 and part Section 344, Township of Foxton, being all of the land contained in Computer Freehold Registers WN21/263 and WN2/197, Wellington Land District. The registered proprietors of the above land are Caroline Lucy Donald and Alfred Abram Barnett and the land is situated at Howan Street, Foxton.
