Reserves Act 1977
Classification of Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Wellington Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and named Mokiri Bush Scenic Reserve.

Wellington Land District—Tararua District
Revocation of the Reservation Over Parts of a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over those parts of the esplanade reserve described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Dunedin City Council in such manner, at a price and on terms and conditions as the council determines.
