Land Acquired for Road and Segregation Strip—Tara Road, Papamoa, Tauranga

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into:

(a) the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road;

(b) the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for segregation strip and shall vest in the Tauranga City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Acquisition of Land for Recreation Reserve—Lake Terrace, State Highway 1, Taupo

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for recreation reserve and vested in the Taupo District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

The reserve shall be subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and to the right of way provided for in section 14 of the Maori Land Amendment and Maori Land Claims Act 1926 (Proclamations K24595 and H234804).
