Land and Other Interests Taken for Road and the Functioning Indirectly of a Road—Te Rapa, Hamilton City and Waikato District

A Proclamation
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Honourable Sir Anand Satyanand, Governor-General of New Zealand, declare:
(a) the land described in the First Schedule to be taken for road; and
(b) the land described in the Second Schedule to be taken for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip); and
(c) the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken for the functioning indirectly of a road (because it is required for local authority road as an indirect requirement of construction of the Te Rapa Bypass); and
(d) the land described in the Fourth Schedule for the functioning indirectly of a road; and
(e) the easement interest described in the Fifth Schedule to be taken for road
such land and easement interest to vest in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.
