Supplementary Integration Agreements

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that supplementary integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, acting through the Group Manager, Schools and Student Support, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietors of the following schools:

Marian College, Christchurch.
Our Lady of Fatima School, Mairehau, Christchurch.
New Brighton Catholic School, Christchurch.
Roncalli College, Timaru.

The said supplementary integration agreements were executed on 22 October 2009.

Copies of the supplementary integration agreements are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the local office of the Ministry of Education, 39 Princess Street, Christchurch.

Resource Management Act 1991

The Resource Management (Approval of Eastland Infrastructure Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2009

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Eastland Infrastructure Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2009.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Interpretation—In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires, “airport” has the meaning given to that term by section 2 of the Airport Authorities Act 1966.

3. Approval as a requiring authority—(1) Eastland Infrastructure Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991 in respect of the network utility operation described in subclause (2) of this clause.

(2) The particular network utility operation for which this approval is granted is for the establishment, improvement (including development and expansion), maintenance, operation and management of the airport known as Gisborne Airport.

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice.

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Eastland Network Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2009.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after its date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Interpretation—In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires, “line function services” has the same meaning as in section 2(1) of the Electricity Act 1992.

3. Approval as requiring authority—Eastland Network Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority, under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, for its network utility operation of the supply of line function services.
