Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a marae for the common use and benefit of all those who descend from and/or identify with Te Whanau a Karuwai hapu of Ngati Porou and the community of Te Riu o Waiapu (the marae to be called Karuwai and the urupā to be known as Paenoa).

All that piece of land situated in Blocks II and VI Waiapu Survey District and described as follows:
