Notice of Claim
This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.
To all creditors and claimants of LANE REALTY LIMITED (a company that ceased trading in December 2003):
The sum of $31,224.00 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.
A claim has been lodged by Andrew Tamandl, on behalf of LANE REALTY LIMITED, for a refund of these monies, which Public Trust proposes paying, less associated costs, to the said company, subject to no notice of a competing claim being received on or prior to 27 February 2009.
Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant must submit a claim to Public Trust, PO Box 13245, Tauranga (Attention: Ken Southam) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.
Note: This is the first and only notice of this claim.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property
To: TAHI TRUSTEES LIMITED, 83A Prince Albert Road, St Kilda, Dunedin.
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage instrument 7388381.2 (Otago Land Registry) (“the mortgage”):

Take notice that pursuant to an order of the High Court at Wanganui in proceedings CIV-2008-483-345 Bank of New Zealand v Ellen Petronella Booth, Nicholas George Booth, David Booth, Lesley Booth and David Booth, Bank of New Zealand by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 5400826.2 (“the mortgage”) over the property located at 1183 No. 2 Line, RD 7, Fordell, being the estate in fee simple in that parcel of land containing 1030m² more or less being Lot 2 DP 52757 and all the land in certificate of title WN21D/966 (Wellington Land Registry), entered into possession of the property after close of business on 26 January 2009.
