Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to Utilise Proceeds of Sale
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a local purpose reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Waitaki District Council in such manner, at a price and on such terms and conditions as the council determines, the proceeds from the sale to be paid into the general funds of the Waitaki District Council.

Revocation of a Notice and Issue of Fresh Notice
Under section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently the Conservator revokes the notice headed Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve dated the 9th day of July 2009 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 July 2009, No. 105, page 2428, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.
Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a site for plunket rooms over the land described in the Schedule.

Union of Reserves
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Tongariro/Taupo Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that on and after the date of publication of this notice, the parcels of land described in the Schedule shall be united to form one reserve to be known as the Opepe Bush Historic Reserve.

Change of Classification of a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Tongariro/Taupo Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from a scenic reserve to a historic reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
