Notice of Initiation of Duty Reassessment for Reinforcing Steel Bar and Coil from Thailand

Following the completion of a review, pursuant to section 14(8) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 ("the Act"), and pursuant to section 14(6) of the Act and under delegated authority from the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Economic Development, I hereby give notice that I have initiated a reassessment of the rate or amount of anti-dumping duty imposed in respect of imports into New Zealand of the goods described in the Schedule to this notice.

Reinforcing steel bar and coil with a diameter equal to or greater than 5mm and less than or equal to 40mm.
