The sum of $62,000.00 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.
A claim has been lodged by the shareholder of STEINHOFF PACIFIC PTY LIMITED.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property and Goods
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage instrument 6288542.1 (Gisborne Land Registry) (“the mortgage”) and mortgage of goods dated the 23rd day of December 2004 (“the security agreement”):
