Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, acting through the Group Manager, Schools and Student Support, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

Middleton Grange School, Christchurch.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 24 July 2009.

A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the local office of the Ministry of Education, 39 Princess Street, Christchurch.

Reappointment to the Pharmaceutical Management Agency

Pursuant to section 52(1) of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000 and section 32(2) of the Crown Entities Act 2004 ("the CE Act"), and notice given under section 28(2) of the CE Act, I have reappointed

Kura Ann Denness

as a member of the board of the Pharmaceutical Management Agency.

This reappointment takes effect on 1 August 2009 and will end on 31 July 2012.

Appointment to the Pharmaceutical Management Agency

Pursuant to section 52(1) of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000 ("the NZPHD Act") and notice given under section 28(2) of the Crown Entities Act 2004 ("the CE Act"), I have appointed

Stuart James McLauchlan

as a member, under section 28(1)(a) of the CE Act, of the board of the Pharmaceutical Management Agency.

Pursuant to clause 1(1) of Schedule 5 to the CE Act, I have also appointed

Stuart James McLauchlan

as deputy chairperson of the board of the Pharmaceutical Management Agency.

These appointments will both take effect on 1 August 2009 and will end on 31 July 2012.
