Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that Colin Norman Gordon, of 21 Hunt Terrace, Wakefield, on 27 July 2009, took possession of the property at 397 Main Road North, Spring Grove, Wakefield, contained in certificate of title NL133/33, as first mortgagee under mortgage 5629049.3 (Nelson Land Registry).
