Pursuant to section 21 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for granting in exchange and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and is vested in the Whangarei District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second and Third Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3):
(i) The area described in the Second Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 437502.
(ii) The area described in the Third Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA464/224, subject to mortgage 7903885.3.

Road Realignment—Hatea and Riverside Drives, and Dent Street, Whangarei
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Whangarei District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second and Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped, pursuant to section 120(3), the land in the Third Schedule to remain vested in the Whangarei District Council as local purpose (esplanade) reserve pursuant to section 118.
