(h) Omit, in Schedule 5, table 1, row 8, column b, the word "Phenylenediamine¹" and substitute with the word "Phenylenediamine²".

(s) Attach, to Schedule 5, table 1, the footnote "⁷ The concentration of sodium, potassium or lithium hydroxide is expressed as weight of sodium hydroxide. In cases of mixtures, the sum should not exceed the limits given in column d."
(t) Omit, in Schedule 5, table 1, all of row 19.
(u) Omit, in Schedule 5, table 1, row 45, column b, the words "Benzyl alcohol (see item 68)" and substitute with the words "Benzyl alcohol⁹, CAS No. 100-51-6".
